I've been visiting here since it opened and now I don't go anywhere else for car service. They are thorough and informative about the needs of my car, but never pushy. The facility is always nice, clean and quiet so I can do my own work while I wait. Customer service is always stellar. See you in 5k miles :)

EXCELLENT SERVICE 5 STARS

I live within walking distance of a FirstChoice Automotive center, so using them for routine auto maintenance such as oil and filter changes is a no-brainer. They are courteous, fast, and their prices are reasonable for the products and services I have used. Like ALL automotive dealers and automotive service businesses, they will do a free maintenance inspection and try to "upsell" services that a do-it-yourselfer probably doesn't need. However, they do not continue to pressure you into buying if you politely explain that you are not interested. (My automobile dealer is so aggressive at trying to "upsell" that I dread taking my car in for anything — even warranty work.)
