Although I called early in the morning to schedule an appointment for an oil change, when I arrived, my name had not been entered into the schedule, nor did any of the personal information I was asked for over the telephone. Therefore, I waited over an hour for the oil change. I thought that this did not reflect well on the customer service level, which I feel is very important.. The man at the desk was friendly, and my oil change seemed to go well also.
